Key Accountabilities

  • Identify and acquire properties suitable for car wash development and renovation
  • Negotiate deals, contracts, and major project terms with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee the overall vision and strategic direction of construction/renovation projects
  • Expand client base and new business opportunities

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Property Acquisition: Scout potential properties, evaluate feasibility, and negotiate purchase or lease terms.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and local authorities to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Deal Structuring: Handle major negotiations, including property purchase agreements, large-scale vendor contracts, and high-level client agreements.
  • Strategic Oversight: Provide high-level direction to the Project Coordinator, ensuring project goals align with company objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with the Payment Coordinator on large purchases or capital expenditures. Ensure funding is secured and properly allocated.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new clients, expansion opportunities, and innovative approaches to construction and renovation.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate potential market, financial, or operational risks; develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
