        Key Accountabilities
- Maintain organized records and data in Odoo
 - Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
 - Assist in project documentation, tracking, and reporting
 - Learn and eventually take on some responsibilities from the Project Coordinator
 
Detailed Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Enter and update product information, vendor details, and project data in Odoo accurately.
 - Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, handle emails, and help manage calendars for team members as needed.
 - Document Management: Create, edit, and organize digital files (e.g., project documents, invoices, receipts) and ensure they are properly filed in Odoo or company folders.
 - Project Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Coordinator on tasks like cost comparisons, quote reviews, and vendor follow-ups.
 - Learning & Development: Gradually learn advanced tasks—such as generating basic project reports or assisting with permit/inspection communications—so that the Project Coordinator can focus on higher-level responsibilities.
 - Odoo Optimization: Collaborate on “Project Odoo Optimization,” suggesting improvements in workflows, data fields, and system usage for better company-wide efficiency.
